HAJIYA RAMATU SANI

My professional life commenced with NDIC in 1992 immediately after my NYSC and I have
been with the organization for 31 years. I work in various departments namely Bank
Examination, Finance, Internal Audit and Human Resource. I gained a lot of Management and
Leadership Skills in the organization being a sole Deposit Insurer in Nigeria.
The Management and Leadership Skills obtained has given me an insight in facing today’s
challenge and utilizing the experience to solve challenging strategic management problems. I
have good Communication and Interpersonal Relationship. I have the ability to work in a team
and have the willingness to learn at all times.
Detailed below are some of my few achievements in the Corporation;

• Led Audit Engagements within my organization.
• Pension Officer in charge of Retirees Benefits
• Knowledge Owner in charge of Knowledge Management of the Corporation.
• Served on various Committees within my organization to assess problems and proffer
  solutions.
