MRS. AISHA A. KANA

Mrs. Aisha A. Kana is a seasoned and accomplished University administrator with a notable career spanning over nineteen years. Currently serving as the Registrar at Phoenix University, her expertise and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the institution’s academic landscape.

Mrs. Kana developed an early love for education and a drive to make a difference in students’ lives. Her journey in the field of higher education began after completing her own undergraduate degree in Sociology, during which she discovered her passion for fostering educational opportunities.

Mrs. Kana commenced her career in university administration shortly after completing her first degree when she joined the Nasarawa State University Keffi as an administrative officer II. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and student-centered approach quickly earned her accolades, leading to her ascension through the administrative ranks. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Kana has held various leadership positions within the university including postings in the admissions, students’ clearance and registration, and student services departments.

In 2023, Mrs. Kana joined Phoenix University as the pioneer Registrar, assuming responsibility for overseeing all aspects of student records and academic operations. Her comprehensive understanding of institutional policies and regulations has been pivotal in ensuring compliance and fostering a supportive academic environment for students.
